DESIGN CONSULTATION

Our first interaction will be a discussion of your project, what you want to have done, and the budget you have set aside for that project. Since a formal estimate can often take over a week to provide, we try to give our customers a ballpark quote during the first meeting. This allows you to begin to marry your dream with your budget and start talking about the practicalities of the project from Day 1.

DESIGN DELIVERY

After our initial meeting, we complete the design and estimating process, and deliver our written estimate and floor plan design based on your feedback. This includes individual counts of all materials and labor for price transparency. Our goal is to help you look at everything every step of the way until the plans for your new home are complete. And now the exciting part, the work can begin!

HOME CONSTRUCTION

The home plans are carried out by our team of professionals with each detail of the floor plan and design delivered, ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to you. We stay in communication throughout the build process: so you always know how the job is progressing, if something unexpected comes up, or to answer your questions as the job progresses. Building a house is a dynamic process with many big and small decisions along the way impacting the quality of your build. Our customers enjoy being able to reach their contractor throughout the home building process, to discuss the merits of the different options, and be close to the project manager they have onsite. By the end of the construction process, we have delivered a home that fits you and your specific style and have built a strong relationship that will continue to be there for any more home dreams you come up with!

POST CONSTRUCTION

Once the construction process is finished, we do a final walkthrough of the home to ensure customer satisfaction is high. Even after our final walkthrough many customers stay in contact with us.
